It was the only place I ate on campus for three years. Even though it had gone bad lately, I was still eating it until I got food poisoning on Friday. I don't know what you did or why, but you've messed it up so badly, I'll have a hard time coming back from now on.

Until now, I've been happily buying and enjoying your products. This morning I bought three bagels. All three were stale, left over from previous days. I wish I hadn't bought them. Products like bagels and pastries are only enjoyable when they're fresh. If you had told me they were stale, I wouldn't have bought them at all. Besides, why would you even sell stale products? This is completely unacceptable.
