Batıkent 2 Ahmet Restaurant is truly a commendable establishment. Whether you go alone or with a partner, they never compromise on service quality or the extra complimentary treats offered. This care and consistency is truly valuable in today's world. The attention to cleanliness in the kitchen is palpable. The döner kebab is one of the most delicious I've had recently. The quality of the meat, the cooking balance, and the flavor are truly excellent. The special preparation of the Gobit bread elevates the flavor to a whole new level. Its freshness and texture perfectly complement the döner. Absolutely "fantastic". They are also very generous with complimentary treats. Among the complimentary items served at the table is rice pudding, which is truly delicious. This detail alone shows the importance they place on customer satisfaction. The staff's approach is also excellent and professional. Erdal Bey, in particular, is very kind, attentive, and hospitable. His friendly service adds extra value to the establishment. I wholeheartedly recommend it for its taste, service, and consistency. Thanks to everyone involved! 👏
The products are high quality, the refreshments are appropriate and pleasant, and the staff are dedicated; we would choose them again.
The food and refreshments are extremely delicious and the portions are generous. It's very clear that the place prioritizes cleanliness and hygiene. The team is particularly expert in grilled dishes. The friendly staff quickly and politely …
It's a small, stylish restaurant, so it's not too noisy. We went there for iftar with friends and were very pleased. The service was unlimited; they even offered us complimentary coffee. The food was delicious; we had döner kebab, lamb skewers, and lamb tandoor, and they were all great. The appetizers were also fantastic 💐 …
Hello We had iftar with colleagues last night I was disappointed after reading the reviews… The appetizers were very small, the portions were tiny, no exaggeration. We waited 30 minutes for soup after the main soup… and the soup was full of cream. It was a waste of money… it was the first and last time for me. I ate döner, it was tasty, but it definitely wasn't 1.5 portions. I didn't get the service I deserved for the money I paid…
The waiters are very hardworking; I only gave the restaurant 2 stars because of their effort. The taste and organization are very weak. The iftar menu is not good. Their responses to the review were mature and professional.
Your performance regarding the food and service fell short when you saw your prayer room. If the iftar menu is for the customers, why isn't the prayer room for the customers? You put effort into the iftar menu, but you settle for just two prayer mats in a place that doesn't even resemble a room, and you deem that sufficient... If breaking the fast during Ramadan is an act of worship, then prayer is also an act of worship... The customers see which one you prioritize... Also, check the dates on your iftar plate; half of them are rotten... And why are those chairs so tightly packed that they can't be moved? Even your waiter couldn't get through...
We ended up paying 1,100 TL per person for an 80-gram portion of döner kebab under the name of an iftar menu! The complimentary items they provided weren't even enough for one person, and indeed they weren't. Imagine the size and quantity – the portions were insufficient, the food arrived cold, the fat from the meat had solidified on the plate, there were no appetizers, it was impossible to leave feeling full. Finally, they brought a dessert that looked like rice pudding, but it was actually a flour-based custard. I didn't even bother to eat it. The service was bad, the tables and chairs were very uncomfortable. Some people were served tea in thermoses, others in cups. The quality of service wasn't consistent at every table; even though we ordered the same döner kebab, one person's plate had peppers, another didn't, one had a plate full of fat and little meat, and the pita bread was very stale. We were going to give up and leave, but since it was only minutes before iftar, we were forced to eat there. Plus, you have to order one of the items from the iftar menu. I actually went to eat the mixed grill, but they said there was nothing but döner kebab and meatballs, so you have to eat one of those. We agreed, but at least it should have been served hot so we could enjoy it. The taste was zero, the service was zero, the quality was zero. The atmosphere was terrible; rude people were crowding in. It's not a place to go with family. I was very uncomfortable with their behavior and stares. My boyfriend and I ate there and left immediately. The positive reviews here clearly come from their own circles; I haven't seen anyone who actually went there and was satisfied. There was a couple at the table behind me and another at the table next to me, and they were also bothered by the same things. This place needs a proper inspection.
