I had been there a few times before. When they first opened, I really liked their attentiveness. I went again, and the snacks they brought with the kunefe, which costs about the price of a meal, were rotten and bad. The kunefe, which barely had pistachios in it, cost 480 lira. I think that's an unnecessary amount of money. While the prices are skyrocketing, why is the quality of the complimentary items so poor? That's another question entirely.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but I have to give 1 star… Service and support are zero, nobody properly attends to you, and everything arrived very late; we even waited for the bill… I don't recommend it.

The service quality is zero. Don't you pay any attention to the fruit you bring? Customer satisfaction shouldn't be like this.
