Truly clean, hygienic, and I can say that As Çorba Dünyası offers the highest quality soup in Ankara. We went there on my wife's recommendation, and the staff's attentiveness, friendliness, and constant customer service were also very nice. Having Atatürk pictures in your restaurant is a wonderful detail. The waiters are very attentive. The stuffed tripe and intestines are dry. When I ask for them with butter, sometimes they are made, sometimes not; there's no consistency. The soups are generally good, but it's noticeable that less bone broth is used compared to previous times.

We arrived at lunchtime for soup, the salad smelled like it had been sitting in the refrigerator, and the service was practically non-existent. It wasn't as amazing as it looked on social media.
