We ordered fish to our home, and it took 1.5 hours to arrive. They never answered the phones. The fish that arrived was like rubber, tasted terrible, and we had also ordered zucchini fritters, which weren't complimentary and were awful too; they tasted like flour and were completely soaked in oil. The fish was also very bad. We forced ourselves to eat some of it, since we had paid for it, but we ended up throwing it in the trash.

I believe the business has management problems. Our order was incomplete; they mixed anchovies with sardines and sent half a kilo instead of one kilo. When you make two portions and put them in a 1kg container, the product doesn't even weigh one kilo. Even though we weighed our order at home to prove it, they didn't accept their mistake and refused a refund. They treat us like fools and sell spoiled products. A simple apology would have been enough. I absolutely do not recommend them and I don't think it's ethical or beneficial for public health for such businesses to continue operating. Respectful citizens, stay away.
