We made a reservation for Valentine's Day and went. The appetizers weren't bad, but the fish could have been cooked better. If you're looking for high-quality fish, the cooking quality isn't very good. As mentioned in other reviews, the service is absolutely terrible. They brought the wrong order to our table four times. We waited an hour for the fish, even after telling four different waiters. It's one of the worst rakı/fish restaurants in Ankara. Considering the price, they should charge a tenth of what this poor service and cooking cost.
