I bought ice cream and they didn't give me a napkin. Don't be so stingy, not even for a single napkin, or just for being indifferent.

An incomplete order was sent (main course). Only one-third of the price was refunded. Absolutely ridiculous, shameless. I'd be devastated if I forgot to include a fork, but this is outrageous.

I've never waited 30 minutes in any chain fast food restaurant before. All the employees were incredibly sluggish and slow. They gave the man next to me the wrong peach-flavored Fuse Tea three times, while I waited a full 28 minutes. They are incredibly bad and sluggish. Absolutely do not come here.

The only reason I was dissatisfied with the restaurant was because of the attitude of one of your employees, Şaziye. I don't want people like that in your company.

Even in Şırnak, everything I ate was fantastic. But the burger across from Arcadium might be the worst I've ever eaten... the burger was mediocre, lacked acidity, the iced tea had no flavor. Half the sauces were there, half weren't... don't eat there unless you're starving.
