I ordered a 500g medium menu and didn't look inside the bag much, but I was disappointed when I got home. There was only a handful of lettuce, a quarter of a lemon, and nothing else – no pickles, no hot sauce, no pomegranate molasses. I paid 330 TL, and they charged me an extra 10 TL for two extra flatbreads.

I ordered çiğköfte (a type of Turkish meatball) last night. The çiğköfte was stale or sour, and it didn't smell or taste normal. I called and told them it was fresh, but they said it was new and fresh, but I didn't believe them.
