We ordered 1 kg of anchovies. The fish was hot and very fresh. It is the first fishmonger I would choose in Batikent.

We ordered 1.5 kilos of anchovies. The portion was quite adequate, and the accompanying salad was rich and plentiful. They were cooked perfectly and delivered to our address quickly, piping hot. We enjoyed plenty of anchovies at a much lower price than other fishermen. I wish you good luck and conscientious customers.

Our order from Dalyan Fish Restaurant and Cooking House (Osmanbey Bazaar / Batıkent) via Trendyol was delivered 2 hours and 10 minutes later. The courier said there was an address mix-up, but being kept waiting for such a long time is unacceptable. We were truly starving. When the order arrived, the 500g anchovies were completely cold, almost ice cold. Because of this, we filed a complaint and requested a return through Trendyol, and the return was approved. The truly disturbing situation occurred afterward. After the return was approved, we were contacted by the business. Despite stating that we had thrown the product away, they demanded it back. The tone was extremely offensive; they spoke as if we had received the product for free. Our blood sugar was low, and we were already in a difficult situation. Responding with something like, "We'll pick it up from the trash," is unacceptable for a good business. The fact that the product arrived cold is not our responsibility. Furthermore, calling a customer to request a replacement after a return has been approved is not in accordance with proper procedure. As someone who has ordered from this business many times before, I regret to say that there has been a significant decline in quality and approach recently. This attitude is unbecoming of the shopkeepers in Batıkent. We haven't wronged anyone; we are simply sharing the inconvenience we have experienced.
