Divan Çukurhan

Located on a hill near Ankara castle we had the castle view, it was stunning and room was big. Mehmet, Ahmed and all the other guys working there was exceptional. Extremely friendly, welcoming and the hotel was beautiful. The room was tidy, great amenities and clean. There was an engagement party happening in the hotel which was random, fun and exciting as I enjoyed their music and watching people dance. Lovely to see a great community of people together. Breakfast in the hotel had an amazing view, the food selection is wonderful (you can request for continental option). Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back again.

Beautiful hotel with great character. The rooms are decorated according to a place. My room was the China room. Lovely spacious room but had issues with the internet my entire stay. They tried to fix it and even sent the technician but still didn't work. I could access it everywhere else including the museum. On one of the nights there was a wedding so there was limited access to using the space in the middle and also entrance was embarrassing walking through an engagement party. If they could leave more space for paying patrons to walk through or let them know. I was disappointed not to be able to use the areas to relax in as the next morning I left early. The room did have great views and the restaurant as well. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and also the concierge who tried to help with fixing things.

We loved staying here. The building is historic and elegant and our room was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, and Emre was particularly kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good , and has lovely views as well. Don’t miss the museum which is free for hotel guests. The castle is popular on the weekends but the area is much quieter during the week.

Perfect location for Ankara, nice and attentive staff in a beautiful building. After staying a few days, when we returned to Ankara had no hesitation and booked again. We believe this is your best choice in town. Great valet parking and breakfast.

The hotel is very Turkish with a long history. The hotel museum is great. We spent 2 hrs in it. We had a dinner and breakfast in the hotel, the food is beyond my expectation. The hotel is just next to the old castle, it's very convenient for us. The parking is free. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We absolutely love this hotel.
