DR. DÖNER

The food is delicious. They give extra sauce with the wrap. They also offered complimentary soup. It's a clean, inexpensive, and nice place.

This is a place where I eat döner kebab all the time; the staff are very polite and friendly.

It's not a Turkish restaurant. The staff and owners speak Arabic. The food is average. The ventilation system in the restaurant is inadequate. We each ate a döner kebab, and our clothes smelled strongly of fried food.

Bad service. Ordered online and they served the wrong dish that cost more. They said it's my fault that I haven't mentioned it earlier. We ordered several dishes and my friends were overcharged too. +115 liras …

The waiter in the dining area brought the wrong plate after making me wait for a very long time. It's an incredibly chaotic environment. The oil used to fry the falafel tastes terrible; who knows how many times they reuse it... I definitely do not recommend it.

100 grams of chicken doner kebab costs 195 TL. A drink is an additional 50 TL. It's very expensive, not worth it.

We came with friends for two days. The short woman in the pink sweater and white headscarf was very rude. She served us with a sullen expression, and it was as if she would have thrown our orders at us. She ignored what I asked for, rolled her eyes... completely unprofessional. Dr. Döner lost four customers, and our friends will no longer go there because of this disrespect. Personal problems shouldn't affect work. Dr. Döner was far below our expectations.

When I arrived, no one checked the cash register. The employee who came to the cash register saw me, turned around, and walked away. The floors were sticky. My order was wrong. I won't be coming back to try it again. I was fooled by the high star rating.
