As someone from Adana, I can say this: I've never eaten such delicious tripe in Adana. The ribeye steak was perfectly marinated in tripe. The tea in the glass was excellent. I wasn't expecting this level of quality. I congratulated them as well.

It tasted amazing, like I've never had tripe soup before.
