Everything was wonderful, Mr. Rafet was also very friendly and polite, thank you.

It's very crowded, but the queue moves quickly, and they even serve tea outside by the stove for those waiting in the cold. I think it's worth the wait; I haven't had such delicious desserts in a long time. It's definitely a dessert shop you should visit. I'll be going there regularly. 10/10 for taste.

We ate chocolate-covered pastries, they were delicious. Thank you very much for the complimentary tea and pistachios. The service was excellent.

We came here after seeing an advertisement. It's a very clean and tidy place. We liked it very much.

We came here yesterday after seeing it on social media and we were very dissatisfied. They took us to the shop next door and we waited an hour for our dessert. When we asked the waiter about it, he responded rudely, and the staff were completely unhelpful. We left without eating our dessert because it wouldn't have arrived for at least another hour :) I do not recommend it.

We were only able to eat 1 hour and 30 hours after we arrived.

The service is extremely slow. I ordered at 8:32 PM and it arrived at 9:25 PM. It wasn't worth the wait.
