The Cag kebab is delicious. It's made from lamb and isn't too fatty. You can choose to have it juicy and rare, or well-done like we did. The complimentary items are varied and plentiful. The best place in Oltu, the food is top-notch, the service is top-notch. In my opinion, Gündüz Usta is the best Oltu cag kebab place in Ankara, simply a fantastic place, highly recommended.
