Located in Ankara's Yıldız neighborhood, within Barış Manço Park, this was our first visit and we were truly delighted. The spacious atmosphere, cleanliness, delicious food, and generous servings made for a wonderful breakfast experience. …
It is a perfect place that I came to for dinner with my family and guests for the first time. You can eat comfortably especially when you are overwhelmed by the summer heat of Ankara. The fried meat and pita varieties were very nice. The employees and the owner are very hospitable. Thank you very much.
Breakfast items were roasted potatoes, everything was good except the egg in the roast was undercooked, everything else was delicious and nice.
There were things that should have been normal, the ambiance was nice, it was a peaceful environment, I liked it.
Not a village breakfast, but a typical home-cooked breakfast. The atmosphere is dull, there's no music, but it's okay.
The flavored hot water in the thermos was terrible. We had ordered tea, though. Everything else was average.
We called to ask if they had a "spread breakfast" (a type of Turkish breakfast platter) with our family group of 15, and they said yes. When we arrived, the menu listed the spread breakfast for 1,000 TL. We ordered four spread breakfasts because they are supposed to be for at least two people – that's how it is. The staff told us their spread breakfasts were for one person and offered to charge us per person. We explained that a single person eats a breakfast plate, so the options are limited, and a spread breakfast is for two people, therefore the price and contents change accordingly. When we mentioned that we had called and asked about this, they gave a ridiculous explanation like, "This is Ankara." If you go with a large group, they try to charge everyone at once. Because we came from a long distance, we were forced to have breakfast. I don't want to say anything about the taste; this is enough reason not to choose this place again.
It was very bad. The breakfast food was stale. Even after eating it, my stomach burned. I do not recommend it at all. Do not go.
It had absolutely nothing to do with a village breakfast; nothing they brought was fresh. Be aware that they're serving you products bought from any supermarket and calling it a village breakfast. Even the tea was bad, that's how bad it was.
An incredibly slow, careless, and even rude establishment. I wish there were stricter conditions when entrusting the management of such a perfect location. The food was terrible.
