The 1 kg of kadayıf stuffed with rice and cheese that I ordered today, the 8th of the month, was nothing like a dessert. We used to buy it before Ramadan and it wasn't bad. The syrup was the wrong consistency, the pastries were doughy, we were embarrassed in front of our guests. We changed the chef, what did we do?

I experienced a serious service and ethical problem with the Karabulut Ayıntap Künefe branch in Eryaman. Despite advertising "Complimentary Tea from a Samovar," they struggle to even bring a single cup of tea, and often charge for it, and it's usually cold. Pistachio shells are sometimes found inside the künefe. When I raised this issue on social media, I was met with an unprofessional response. The real problem, however, lies in their "discount days" campaigns. Despite repeatedly visiting on special days like July, August, September (the 27th), and Valentine's Day, and reminding them at the cashier, they either ignored it or pretended to forget, never applying the discount. When we reminded them about the discount after payment, we received dismissive answers like "The girl at the cashier forgot." Then they gave us the change in cash. I'm not going to dwell on the 300-500 TL difference, but the fact that this happens repeatedly suggests it's not a mistake, but a systematic deception. When I voiced these complaints on their Instagram page, they initially said, "Let us host you." When I stated that I did not want any complimentary items, instead of trying to resolve the issue, they chose to block me. This is a company that mistreats customers at the checkout, doesn't accept criticism, and blocks customers instead of offering solutions. I was a victim, and I believe others are too. They said they would rectify the situation, but it seems they are doing it this way. The way you advertise doesn't match the way you actually do things.
