My order, placed at 15:36, hasn't arrived even though the delivery time was 16:36. I want to cancel it but I can't. When I called, they said the order was ready at the shop and they were waiting for the courier. The food will arrive ice cold. The delivery time is being pushed back by 40 minutes. Problem after problem.

My food didn't come out, I waited 30 minutes, and the portion size was very small. The food was completely different from the picture. I don't recommend it at all. I wish I could give negative stars.
