The courier, Mr. Gökdeniz, said he was also the shop owner. He came to our door to collect the payment for the order we canceled through Trendyol. Even though I told him to deal with Trendyol, he was persistent and unacceptable, and harassed me with his tone. Leaving the order, which was shown as "being prepared," in front of my door without my knowledge and then defending that this is correct and that it's like this everywhere in the world, how logical is that? No courier, no business owner should show up at a customer's door like this. If you don't know the system, don't work with Trendyol.
