On Thursday evening, we told them we'd be coming for breakfast since it was on our way to our Friday morning destination. The woman on the phone said it opened at 8 and service would start at 9, so we agreed. When we arrived at 9:30, it was still closed. We got in the car and were about to leave when someone arrived with eggs. We were already on a long-distance trip, but thanks to you, we wasted a lot of time driving back. If you open late, you should have told us in the evening so we could plan accordingly. In short, this is a completely unprofessional establishment.
