Mama's Burger Eryaman Port Avm

We went for iftar (the evening meal during Ramadan) and regretted it immensely. The owner was surly and rude. First, they told us we could choose a burger outside the menu, charged us extra, and it was prepared twenty minutes after the call to prayer. When we pointed out that the order was a standard burger, they said there was no note on it and nothing they could do. A business that doesn't know how to rectify its rude mistakes. We will never go there again.

I usually go to this place, but this branch sent us to the hospitals last night; we couldn't even eat all of it. The chicken tasted more like sauce than chicken, there was probably a problem with their sauce.
