This is truly appalling. We ordered chicken doner kebab with rice, and we specifically asked them about it, and they confirmed they had it, even saying the rice was freshly made. We ordered it to take away, and when it arrived, we were shocked because there was no rice. Did you simply not want to include the rice? If you weren't going to include it, you could have at least said so. Saying you had it and then not including it is unacceptable. I deliberately gave five stars so that everyone can see what you did to us, and at least so that what happened to us doesn't happen to other people.

The cashier's attitude and behavior were so off-putting that it took me a minute or two to decide on a menu item. There weren't any other customers waiting, so I hesitated a bit.
