We went to celebrate our anniversary, and I'd like to thank Mr. Murat, who took care of us, and also the chef. The atmosphere, the presentation, and the taste of the food were all excellent. I went with some hesitation due to certain reviews, but I definitely recommend it.
I can't believe the negative reviews; we went for Valentine's Day, and the food, service, and atmosphere were perfect. I'm so glad I didn't believe the bad reviews; I was extremely satisfied with everything.
It has a wonderful atmosphere for a quiet meal accompanied by soft music. Prices are slightly above average. The food is very high quality and delicious. They've combined the water and cover charge, so there's constant water service. Just specify if you don't want water to avoid extra charges. The bar area is also fantastic.
We came for a special occasion; the atmosphere is calm, dimly lit, and plays soothing music. We loved the almond salmon, it was quite delicious, and the peppered steak was also very good. The hummus they offered was also well above average. Overall, if you like quiet, pleasant places, you'll find it appealing. Prices are normal for this caliber.
The welcome is cold and unfeeling. However, the dishes will add color to your evening. It's very elegant and refined for a special dinner.
It's a very calm, elegant place, and absolutely lovely for a romantic getaway for special occasions.
This place, known for its delicious steaks and hamburgers, also stands out with its drinks and cocktails. It's a Western, international restaurant, but it might not appeal to everyone; it's worth doing some research.
I wish I had the option not to give stars. We asked the waiter for something and he was rude and acted all arrogant. We went as a group of 13, and only 8 of us ate the meat; it was all raw despite us asking for well-done. The atmosphere is nice, dimly lit, and suitable for conversation, but it's not worth going. I would like to thank the waiter who served us after the arrogant gentleman; he was very helpful and friendly. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there.
Our experience at Niki Restaurant was unfortunately extremely disappointing. I made a reservation 8 days in advance for my wife's birthday, clearly stating that it was a birthday celebration and requesting a nice, carefully prepared table. My request was granted. The day before the birthday, I called again to confirm and specifically requested it. I was told on the phone that the restaurant was quiet and that they would help. However, upon arrival, despite mentioning our reservation, the staff member ignored it. Instead, they brushed it off, implying that the tables were already empty. The only truly well-prepared table was by the fireplace, occupied by a couple enjoying coffee. Frankly, I don't think they had made a reservation 8 days in advance either. The indoor restaurant area was a kind of conservatory that had been closed off, and it was incredibly cold. This severely negatively impacted both comfort and the overall experience. In terms of price-performance ratio, the restaurant definitely did not meet expectations. The prices charged are far too high for a place to position itself as fine dining, but the service, taste, and ambiance offered are far below that level. While there are many places offering much higher quality experiences in the same price range, this place unfortunately fails to meet that standard. Despite repeatedly mentioning that it was a birthday, no special attention, gesture, or approach that would make a difference was shown. After expressing our disappointment, I can say that only our request to place candles on the dessert was considered; and even that only after complaining. In short, it's not a restaurant you can confidently choose for special occasions. I believe it has serious shortcomings in terms of attention, comfort, and price-performance ratio.
The atmosphere is terrible. We made a reservation for a nice table 10 days in advance, and they only called the day before to confirm if we were coming. It was a dead weekday. They hadn't prepared anything; they didn't even know we were coming. The tables were ridiculously cold. We were freezing; we had to change tables twice. It's an illegally constructed place covered only with a tent. For a place with such an expensive menu, it's awful. The food wasn't bad, but of course, it wasn't worth the price. The service was inadequate. There weren't enough waiters. The attention and care were very insufficient.
