Öncü Döner Sincan

It's been an hour and the food hasn't arrived, it's unbelievable! I'm calling but they're not answering. Is this how business is supposed to be? It's a disgrace!

First of all, the cleanliness was zero. The chef who prepared the wraps took a dirty cloth, wiped the glass, and then continued making the wraps with those same gloves. Despite paying extra for a double wrap, they put only 1/4 of the wrap inside and tried to pass it off as a double wrap. It's truly a terrible establishment.

I ordered 2 doner kebabs and 2 ayran (yogurt drink). The ayran arrived in full, but the doner kebab was missing, and the delivery took a very long time. The doner kebab tasted very bland. I wouldn't recommend it.
