Öz Adıyaman Çiğköftecisi (Hakiki El Yoğurması Çiğköfte)

I've never tasted another raw meatball dish as good as this one. The flatbreads are handmade, which might seem different to those used to factory-made raw meatballs, but it's a fantastic flavor. I highly recommend it.

I haven't eaten homemade çiğköfte (raw meatball dish) in a long time. And when you eat it here, you really understand the difference. It's delicious, I liked it. Their communication is good. And most importantly, the price is reasonable. Çiğköfte and ayran (yogurt drink) is 90 TL. Tea is complimentary. I left this place happy today. It's a casual place. I recommend it :)

The original Adıyaman-Malatya region raw meatballs (çiğ köfte) have a different taste than the factory-made ones. Both have a special place in my heart.

Hand kneading adds quality. Worth trying. Plus, the owner is a kind person.
