I had the opportunity to try their lahmacun (Turkish flatbread with minced meat). It was quite filling and delicious.

Despite specifically asking for a generous amount of filling and a well-cooked (crispy) crust, they still managed to make a pide with very little filling and a thick (or rather, almost thick) dough, just by writing "whatever comes" on the order slip.
