The gentleman at the cashier added a boxed drink to our order without our knowledge. When we pointed this out, he brushed us off, saying he couldn't change it. Then, without following up on our order, he delivered the food to people who placed their orders much later, and we only received our order after having to remind him three times. In short, it was a very unsuccessful experience, and we will not be visiting the Elvankent branch again. Also, you should remove the gentleman at the cashier from your branch as soon as possible; he is quite unpleasant.
