They are making the table customer wait for the online order customer.

Today I went to your Taş Fırın branch in Panora Shopping Mall to break my fast. I believe there was an iftar (fast-breaking) program at the mall, and the food was being prepared by Taş Fırın. We received our order 20 minutes after the call to prayer. We were also fasting. Many others who ordered were also inconvenienced. If you had such a program, you should have informed us beforehand so we wouldn't have had to wait so long while fasting. They didn't even apologize for the situation. I think it's very shameful. I will never come to eat at your place again. I don't recommend it to anyone either. It was disrespectful.

I tried the lahmacun for a change, but the filling was mostly tomato paste; I won't be coming back.

The pizza was terrible. We ate it there, but it wasn't hot at all and it crumbled when you picked it up. The toppings seemed undercooked. I wouldn't recommend it.
