It was very nice. Thank you to Master Osman.
Malatyalı Osman Usta, a renowned raw meatball (çiğ köfte) maker, is located in a central area near the college. The hand-made raw meatballs are perfectly suited to the palates of gourmets. The presentation is superb. Maintaining quality, this establishment hasn't expanded with branches. You can enjoy the delicious taste of raw meatballs here. Prices are very reasonable, and the environment is clean and hygienic.
If you want original, natural raw meatballs, I recommend them to you. The craftsmen are doing great work. The greens are clean and hygienic. Quality is no coincidence.
This is my go-to place whenever I want to eat çiğ köfte (raw meatball dish) for years. I don't know of any other place like it… 😊
It's quite good. It's not cheesy or bouillon-laden like other chain çiğ köfte restaurants.
I paid 500₺ for half a kilo of raw meatballs (çiğ köfte), apparently a kilo costs 1000₺... This is the first time I've seen raw meatballs at this price; it seemed very expensive to me. I won't go there again, unfortunately.
Too expensive, would not recommend.
I ordered a 1-kilogram portion of çiğköfte (raw meatball dish), and they didn't add any pomegranate molasses, hot sauce, or any other sauce. Moreover, I paid a whopping 1000 TL for 1 kilogram of çiğköfte with toppings. It's extremely expensive, and customer satisfaction is zero. I definitely do not recommend it.
I've been to this place many times before and loved the taste. My previous review was a year ago and it was perfect. My last visit was four months ago, and it was still good. This time, they'd put çiğ köfte on the tip, but the rest was lavash bread with plenty of salad inside. I opened the wrap and saw the salad. I told the waiter you forgot çiğ köfte, but the young guy didn't care. I've been here before and said it was all salad. He said it was. I said it wasn't nice, I'd mention it in the comments. He said whatever you like. The attitude is problematic. I think it's changed hands. I left the shop. It's not good for business. You're selling çiğ köfte without meat anyway. I won't go back, and I won't recommend it. By the way, they call negative reviews defamation. You know what I mean. 03.12.2025
