I've been going there for a while now, and the ambiance and location are absolutely perfect. The food arrives in about 5 minutes, sometimes 10, because they have such delicious food that I think they can't keep up. There are no problems at all. The staff wear aprons, hairnets, and gloves. When you enter, they give you cologne and candy; it has a wonderful smell. After they serve the food, cutlery, salad, and appetizers arrive within 2 minutes at most. The staff are very respectful; they come as soon as you call them and give you whatever you want. As for the dining area, there are comfortable, old-fashioned, regional-style chairs. The cleanliness is superb. You can sit inside or outside; it's very nice. I've been going for almost 6 years and have never encountered any bad behavior. The desserts are good, in my opinion, and they clearly state that their künefe (a type of Turkish dessert) comes from outside and they don't make it themselves. As for the toilets, I can't say anything very good about them. Orkun Işıtmak should come here in his "Best Restaurants" video!

I ordered 2 Adana and 1 Urfa for 750 TL. They gave the wrong address to the courier, the food arrived cold anyway, the lavash was hard as a rock, the meat had no flavor, the treats were carelessly packaged, a few of them burst, and unfortunately, the Adana was a bone, which was disappointing.
