This is one of the best places in the area for wraps with delicious sauce. I forgot to take a picture of the wrap, but we did take pictures of the desserts. Both the wraps and the desserts are very tasty. It's a very reasonably priced establishment.
Usul-ü Hatay Keçiören is located very close to Dutluk Metro Station. The food is superior to its competitors. There are no queues, orders are quick, and service is efficient; despite being self-service, the flow is very good. In terms of …
We ate döner kebab in the Batıkent area, the kind you'd find in Hatay. First of all, the inside was incredibly stuffy; the smell of döner and sweat was mixed together. We decided to go outside and eat, but there were only two tables, and they were covered in cigarette ash. We thought maybe they'd see us and wipe it off, but nobody cared. When this place first opened, we used to order delivery constantly and loved it. We decided to try eating there once, but honestly, I won't order delivery anymore. They used to add extra sauce when we wrote a note with the döner, but they didn't include it when we asked for extra sauce. Otherwise, the döner that came to our house was always hot and with plenty of sauce. We made a mistake eating there. We did get a hot basket, and to be fair, it was piping hot and fresh; I have no complaints about that.
The delivery driver was very polite, but I can't say the same for the wrap; the sauce they put inside significantly reduced the flavor. I ordered from Yemeksepeti (a food delivery platform), and they should definitely add an option to order without sauce.
They raised prices at New Year's and then raised them again because Ramadan came. I complained to CİMER (the Turkish Presidential Complaint Center) about these opportunistic, unscrupulous shopkeepers.
I didn't like the Doner Kebab with sauce at all; the potatoes inside were dry. My stomach got upset after eating it, I won't order it again 👎🏻 …
Despite requesting fresh, stale potatoes instead of stale ones in the wrap, they still used dried-out potatoes. When we pointed out the potatoes again and warned them, they said they use fresh potatoes. I will not be ordering from this place again.
Despite us specifically mentioning it, they still served stale potatoes. I went there, congratulated them on their customer service, and showed them the potatoes. I told them they weren't fresh, but they insisted they had fresh potatoes. As if there were three of us, and we're all liars. They stubbornly insisted they never serve stale potatoes… Anyway, it seems that when you're more popular, the customer becomes less valuable. At this rate, I'll soon start a channel just to expose places like this that don't care about customer satisfaction…
I've never eaten such a bad chicken doner kebab in my life. The doner smelled awful and was clearly undercooked. It was obvious from the first bite; there was neither flavor nor proper cooking. They sell it as "full sauce doner," but these …
