I placed an order on Yemeksepeti (a food delivery platform) on July 3, 2025. They confirmed the order, then called and said, "There's a 6km distance, I can't deliver there, call Yemeksepeti and cancel the order." I explained that Yemeksepeti's phone only works with restaurants and that since I confirmed the order, it couldn't be canceled. They said they would call and handle it, but nothing came of it. When I asked why they were doing this now, since they had delivered before, they said they were busy at that time and that's why they delivered then. How can such nonsense exist? What kind of business are you? Don't give money to places like this.

We ordered a stewed meat Ayvalık toast, and this is what we got. I was so hungry I had to eat it. Besides, they delivered the order in 1 hour and 10 minutes. And every time they tell the same lie: the delivery driver had an accident. I won't eat there again, and I'll discourage others from doing so as well.
