We were very pleased, especially the employee named Sümeyye, who was very helpful. We will definitely visit again.
We came as a family and Mr. Ahmet and Mr. Sefa took very good care of us. We were full and prayed a lot.
While I was placing my order, a bald, middle-aged gentleman was at the cash register. He fiddled with his ear with his finger, so I decided against ordering. Such an employee is not suitable for a business.
I definitely regret it; it has nothing to do with the one in Ostim.
Even though I went at 21:40, they didn't want to take my order. First, they acted disrespectfully and said the döner was cold and they would make me wait 15-20 minutes. I said okay. Then they insisted on not taking my order, saying there was a bad part of the döner left. I got my food from a master döner place. What they did was very wrong and disrespectful.
They served us raw chicken. Even though I asked them to cook it a little longer, they said they couldn't because they were too busy. I took it home and cooked it, and that's how we ate it. Awful.
I was absolutely disgusted by the leaf-wrapped kebab at Optimum Shopping Mall; there was a huge hair inside the bread. It shouldn't be this easy to play with people's health; hygiene is absolutely appalling.
I can't tell if I ate döner kebab or just meat. The person at the cash register is supposed to be the manager, and they're disrespectful with grumpy faces; the staff are the same. Don't choose this place, and don't let anyone else choose it either.
