I'd like to describe our experience at the Zeugma Natoyolu branch. We left home to have a pleasant evening as a family, even taking my aunts with us. It was very crowded, but luckily there was an empty table. Anyway, we sat down, and a gentleman with a goatee and little hair came to take our order. He started with incredible tension. We asked for something, and he said it should have been given an hour ago. We ordered for one person, and he said he couldn't make it right now, but he could make it for two. They said no to everything. They gave the same tea to both of us. We were six people, and they gave us tiny teas. We asked for more, and they whispered to each other. They should have refilled it themselves without us having to ask; after all, it's a large table, and they should have brought three of those teapots. They gave the same teapot to the two-person tables as well. Anyway, the order came incomplete, and two of us waited for more than half an hour. Some of us ate, and some of us were left out. And then, I think he was the owner or the head waiter, a short, white-haired, overweight man, was walking around like a mafia boss, looking at the tables with his hands behind his back, as if telling us to get up and leave. This is the first time I've left an establishment unhappy, even though the food was delicious. People go there to eat happy, enjoyable desserts, as the name suggests. I think they should have left as soon as possible. They need to get their act together. People are paying at least 2,000 TL to go there, not to see your grumpy faces. Otherwise, nobody should go there. It wasn't pleasant at all.
