“A place where dining becomes a pleasure. The meats are delicious, especially the karski, beyti, and yaprak şiş (stuffed vine leaves), which are my favorites. “Came here during my last hour in Ankara and regretted wholeheartedly for not coming earlier. The beyti was soooooo good (despite looking meh at the first glance): 1) the meat inside the roll had so much fresh fatty flavors; 2) the bright acidity from self made tomato sauce balanced it well; 3) the dough of the roll had a nice chewiness and did not get mushy though seemingly soaked in the sauce; 4) the yogurt threw in some extra temperature gradient… I would say a must-try for anyone who’s not against eating beef/calf/lamb. Only the beyti would have been very filling and enjoyable, the extra salad/yogurt/salsa and pita on the side just made it even more so. And everything at 270 lira…”
